Arrest records show the person's name, charges, booking details, and the agency that made the arrest. You can request copies of these records in person during normal business hours. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office follows Ohio's public records law for all requests. Most arrest records and reports are open to the public. Investigation files that are still active may be exempt from disclosure. Copy fees apply for printed documents.
