The Delaware County Clerk of Courts runs a strong online system. You can search case dockets, court schedules, party names, case numbers, and filed documents all from the website. Criminal case records show the charges, hearing dates, attorney names, and dispositions. E-filing is available for attorneys and pro se parties. The system is updated regularly, though there may be a short delay between filings and when they appear online.
The Clerk also has a separate Title Division office at 8647 Columbus Pike in Lewis Center. That office handles motor vehicle titles only and does not process criminal records requests. Passport applications are accepted by appointment at the main office.

Public Access to Delaware County Criminal Records
