The Sheriff's Office also offers WebCheck electronic fingerprinting for BCI background checks. You need an appointment and a photo ID, preferably an Ohio driver's license. Under ORC 109.572, employers in education, healthcare, and childcare must use BCI checks. The fingerprinting process searches the state criminal database and can also run FBI checks if needed.
