Hardin County Clerk of Courts Criminal Records

The Hardin County Clerk of Courts is the keeper of records for the Common Pleas Court. The office is at One Courthouse Square, Suite 310, Kenton, OH 43326. Call (419) 674-2278 for help. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office closes on legal holidays. If a holiday falls on Saturday, it closes the Friday before. If it falls on Sunday, it closes the Monday after.

You can search Hardin County criminal records through the CaseLook online system. Search by case number, name, or other criteria. The Clerk maintains records for civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases, plus Court of Appeals filings. Since October 2007, all court records have been maintained in image format. Records from before that date are being scanned and added to the system over time. E-filing is available for court pleadings. Credit and debit cards have been accepted since June 2008.

Public Access to Hardin County Criminal Records
